City of Seattle Emergency Operations Center and Joint Information Center has Deactivated for Torchlight Parade

SEATTLE (July 29, 2017) – The City of Seattle Emergency Operations Center and Joint Information Center deactivated this evening at 10:45 p.m. following Torchlight Parade festivities.
