City of Seattle Emergency Operations Center and Joint Information Center Activated for Overturned Tanker Incident

SEATTLE (February 27, 2017) – The City of Seattle activated its Emergency Operations Center and Joint Information Center at 11:20 a.m. to support operations surrounding the Overturned Tanker Incident on I-5 in Seattle.
