The parade will begin at 4th Ave and Pine St near Westlake Center at 11 a.m., […] SDOT advises travelers that a victory parade will be held for the 2016 MLS Cup Champions Seattle Sounders FC on Tuesday, December 13 at 11 a.m. in downtown Seattle. Travelers in and around downtown Seattle can expect significant delays.
The parade will begin at 4th Ave and Pine St near Westlake Center at 11 a.m., head north on 4th Ave, turn right on Cedar St, onto 5th Ave N and into Seattle Center grounds using various entrances. A celebration rally will be held in Seattle Center on the lawn in front of Fisher Pavilion.
Between 3,000 and 10,000 people are expected to attend the parade and between 10,000 and 20,000 people are expected to attend the rally at Seattle Center.
