SEATTLE (October 15, 2016) –Mayor Ed Murray activated the City of Seattle’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC) at 3 P.M. today to provide support for City agencies ahead of the severe storm that is predicted to impact the Seattle area this afternoon and evening.
